A highly responsive curly tail body combined with a realistic baitfish-style jig head = the Jasu Saimaa jig!
The slim and detailed body of the Jasu Saimaa jig imitates a small baitfish, while the thin curly tail starts moving instantly, even with a slow and subtle retrieve. Increase the speed and the tail action intensifies, just like a fleeing baitfish should. This makes Saimaa an especially effective tool for anglers.
You can fish the Saimaa jig with a steady retrieve or bounce it along the bottom depending on the situation. Jasu Saimaa truly shines in summer fishing but also performs excellently when ice fishing in winter.
An excellent choice for perch, zander, and pike.
Whether you're targeting schooling perch in summer, deep-water zander, or pike hiding in the reeds, the Jasu Saimaa jig is a reliable choice for any situation.
